My Royal Halloween Party!

Welcome to Marie Antoinette's boudoir!

I'm getting ready for the party but there seems to be a little problem with my neck....

You have my permission to compliment the queen on her ability to "keep her head" whilst attending the party.

Must have more jewelry for my hair. More is more!

Forget cake, Let them eat cookies!

And by them I mean me.

I can't go to the guillotine with out proper ribbons to hold up my stockings!

Happy Halloween party goers!! Remember to keep your heads this holiday!!

*Thank you to Vanessa at http://afancifultwist.typepad.com/ for hosting another fabulous blog party, I look forward to it all year!!*

"And by them I mean me." Haha! That had me cracking up. LOVE the costume and all the hair jewels. I have an old newspaper with an article on women's fashion. "Remember throat line" it says. Your take on that gives that line a whole new meaning!

Oh how funny!! When I looked at your first picture I thought, "what's wrong with her neck? I hope she's not being abused!!" Thankfully Marie, it was just the guillotine marks ;-). So cute!!!

You're too silly! Love your stockings - I just bought myself some of those long ones in preparation for winter weather. Now I just need the weather. I hope you don't get a "sore throat" from eating all those cookies yourself. If you need more cookies, I have some over at my little corner of the party.

I almost lost my head over this Wickedly Delightful Partay!
Regarding jewelry "more is more"... they say that when you take one last look in the mirror before going out, if in doubt, you should remove 1 piece of jewelry or accessory. Alas, I always ADD one!!
Loved the photos of the Market, especially the hats!! It reminded me of the wonderful year I lived in Cambridge England. Nothing like the joy of a great Market Square.
