Right Nancy?! I can't picture what the shop owner asked for when he/she ordered it.
I think it has to do with the name "Porcone." I wouldn't be surprised if it was intentional
The Italian reads "porco cane", literally "pig dog". However in Italian it's a common curse, roughly equivalent to "darn" in severity. Fairly crass, as these thing go.
